ELF Summer Tea Party

Support ELF by hosting a Summer Tea Party! Our 2025 hosts raised an incredible £15,000 from their events and we're excited to see what you can do this time around! 

Your Summer Tea Party can be whatever you want it to be, in order to raise money for blood cancer patients in Devon. You could hold a garden party , treat your colleagues to some homemade bakes, or get together with friends for a barbeque in the sunshine!

The ELF Summer Tea Party runs from June until August and can be as big or small in scale as you wish. Simply set a date, pick your venue, and invite your guests. You could charge an entrance fee, have a collection box for general donations or sell cakes/treats/burgers at set prices. Whether you serve traditional cake and cream teas (cream first of course!), enjoy a full barbeque or opt for a classic bake sale, enjoy spending time with your loved ones knowing that every pound you raise will help to fund our vital support services for blood cancer patients and their families in Devon.

All hosts receive a free event pack crammed full of ideas for your ELF Tea Party, including a delicious muffin recipe from ELF Patient Liaison Marion who runs our Filling Time kiosk in the Haematology Centre. Why not have a go at baking her recipe alongside your own delicious bakes? .
