CCG & Saints Southwest Charity Football Tournament Raises Over £9,000!

The event, which drew over 160 players from across the region, proved to be an astounding success, both on the field and off it, raising an impressive £9,691.67 for the Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF).
Gary Moore, Development Manager at ELF, was ecstatic about the outcome. He said, "I cannot stress how vast this amount is for a small local charity, so everyone should be incredibly proud of their achievements. Thank you all for your hard work!"
The tournament, held at the Devon FA's Coach Road facility, showcased the power of community and sport in coming together for a great cause. Teams from local businesses and football clubs gave their all, displaying not just their love for the game but also their commitment to helping those in need.
Rob Clements, Director of CCG Decorators, one of the event's key sponsors, expressed his gratitude for the success of the tournament. He stated, "The support from our community was beyond our expectations. It's inspiring to see how our passion for football can make such a significant impact on charitable causes."
