Charity Day - Hospitality at the Races
We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Exeter Racecourse for a charity day at the races. This will form part of a normal day at the races with a special hospitality lounge dedicated to local charity. As a result, ELF will benefit from any tables/race sponsorships booked directly through the charity.

Here’s how you can be a part of this great day out whilst benefitting ELF.
Hospitality Ticket £100 + VAT pp (Normally £135). £40 from every ticket donated to ELF.
- Racing admission ticket
- Official race card
- Charity hospitality suite (racecourse facing) with balcony viewing access
- Two course plated meal with welcome drink
- Pre racing tipster talk
- Dedicated suite host
- Additional charity themed fun and games on the day.
Race Sponsorship £1000 +VAT. £500 donated to ELF.
- Race naming rights – for example the ‘Play at Exminster Golf Centre Handicap Hurdle’
- Advert in racecard and on big screen – approx. 1500-2000
- Select best turned out in the parade ring
- Present to winner of your chosen race
- Social media activation where applicable
- Digital photo of the presentation
- Race names are featured in the Racing Post and Racing Post online, Racing Post is one of the UK’s largest subscription publications with a daily readership in excess of 50,000 and weekly in excess of 275,000.
